The original picasso picture has been printed on top of with a lino cut of a different picture, the bottom row are all in white and i plan to do another row in black or a different colour.
This picture is the quickly drawn white original that i filmed painting, i thought it looked to plain with jst being white so i added different layers of colours at different times and let the colour drip down to see the effect.
This lino print is the same print that im doing over the large picasso picture. Its been done on a orange and red background like the original picture.

This Hoch is getting more interesting with the intoduction of colour into the print, this is what i intend to do with my prints.
Again the introduction of colour is progressing through out the piece and gives more depth to the piece but is still only using 2 more colours.

This picasso print is similar to a copy i am doing, the lines are similar and the printing technique the same.
I am currently using the picasso above as a background and i intened to print lino cuts over the top in a similar style to this picture.
This is another picasso print which i have copied for personal study, the lines are appealing and done in a quick fashion which adds to the appeal of the print.
This is probably one of the most famous andy warhol images of marilyn monroe, ive looked at this as i have done many screen prints and the many colours used in this piece works well. This monoprint is one of andy warhols earlier pieces of work and is similar to the work i did earlier in the project with crowd violence and football fans.

This is a monoprint of a picture i took of a leeds crowd at elland road. The black and white tone may suit the mood more than colour might of done.
This is an etching i did from a picture i took while my friend was playing football. The picture is well suited to produce and etching as there is many light and dark areas.
These are two lino prints transfered on to different coloured backgrounds, at the moment they are not finished as i still need to cut more out to add a third colour to the prints.
This is an abstract painting done to the same picture as the first monoprint, is was done using sand, water, paint and glue. The idea was to drip the paint over the lines and would create a marble affect across the picture. The colours represent the leeds united colours of the fans.
This is a screen print i produced as part of the print work i have been doing, the green colour was produced while i tried to fade the yellow colour i started with on the original screen print and transfer throguh to blue.
